Contains Folic acid, also known as folate, which if taken daily for one month before conception and during pregnancy, may reduce the risk of a woman having a child with birth defects of the brain &/or spinal cord such as the neural tube defects know as spina bifida and anencephaly. It contributes to the maintenance & healing of tissues and the normal health of skin and hair.
Each tablet contains: Folic acid. 400mcg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6). 50mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12). 50mcg. No added artificial preservatives, colouring or flavouring, lactose, gluten, yeast, animal products, salt, or sugar.
Directions for use: Adults take one tablet daily or as directed by your Health Care Practitioner.
Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.
